Retreat Logistical Information

The retreat will be held March 27-30, 2025

The retreat will be held at the Twin Peaks Seventh-day Adventist Church, located at:

Outreach:

We plan to do a literature outreach on Friday, and Music outreach on Sabbath! Be sure to bring your voices and instruments!

Recreation: 

We've got some amazing activities planned for this retreat! Be sure to come prepared!

Retreat Registration 

Retreat ticket costs:

*Early Bird Registration closes two weeks before the retreat, on the night of March 13. After that Registration prices will go up by $3 for standard registration, $2 for meals, and T-shirts will no longer be available for purchase.

  • Toddler, 0-5 yrs - $0

  • Child, 6-11 yrs - $12

  • Youth, 12-20 yrs - $15

  • Adult, 21+ yrs - $18

Sabbath Admission:

Sabbath Admission is free, with the exception of lunch. If you plan on only attending on Sabbath, then please select the "Sabbath only" option on the registration page, and which meal option you want for that day. 

Cancelation policy:

Registration tickets are fully refundable. After March 13, 2025, meal tickets are no longer refundable.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we will get you your refund.

Meals and Lodging 

Meals:

Our meals are delicious and plant based. Meals are served as Lunch and Dinner at $7 per meal.

We do not provide Breakfast this retreat. Attendees are responsible for their own breakfast. 

Lodging:

Participants are responsible to find and provide their own lodging

Plenary Sessions

Music Opportunity:

At our retreats, we make sure that everyone has a chance to be involved in music. If you would like to be involved in the choir, special music, meeting pianist, or song leader, please visit our registration page and sign up! You are also welcome to play your instruments during the meetings, as well as join in a special time on Friday evening to sing together around the piano. 

Volunteer Opportunity:

One of the unique parts of RMYR is the youth involvement in meetings. During the weekend, we encourage any youth who would like to participate in song service, scripture, or prayer, to sign up and be a part of the morning and evening meetings. You will also be blessed through talks during the meetings by various young people who are on fire for God.
